The service
We provide virtual private servers: a virtual machine with root access and a public IPv4 address, billed monthly. You are responsible for what you run on it.
Billing
Plans are charged monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the plans page and include applicable taxes where required. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for anything unlawful, or to:
- send spam, or host phishing, malware, or CSAM;
- launch denial-of-service attacks, scans, or other attacks against third parties;
- attempt to break out of your virtual machine, interfere with other customers, or attack our network;
- infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property.
We may suspend or terminate a server immediately if it is being used for abuse, and will report unlawful activity where required.
Non-payment
If a payment fails we may suspend the server, and delete it — including its data — after a grace period. Please keep an off-site copy of anything you cannot lose.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without a service level agreement. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding month, and we are not liable for lost data, lost profit, or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
