What we collect
- your email address, to sign you in and to contact you about your service;
- the details of the servers you order — name, plan, and the SSH public key you give us;
- billing records. Card details never reach us: they are handled by our payment provider;
- technical logs (IP addresses, timestamps, authentication events) needed to run the service and to investigate abuse.
We do not read the contents of your server.
Why we use it
To provide and support the service, to bill you, to keep the network working and prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Our payment provider (to take payment), and the infrastructure suppliers we use to run the service. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and afterwards as long as the law requires. The data on a destroyed server is deleted with it. Please keep your own off-site copies.
Cookies
We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
Your choices
Email us to ask for a copy of your data, or to have your account deleted. If you are in a jurisdiction with data-protection rights, we will honour them.
